Residents and leaseholders in many of the apartment buildings have their own WhatsApp community groups.
The whole development is served by a One Se8 Facebook community - open to all residents and leaseholders.

gardening club
Beginning in June 2023, the Gardening Club members started by planting up the entrance areas and planters around the Pocket Park. A raised bed has been built behind Indiana building to create a community vegetable and herb plot - residents are all able to share in the harvest!
The group meets regularly on Sundays at 11 a.m. behind Indiana Building where the Veg plot is situated - pop along if you are keen to get involved, no prior experience required!
festive ‘light up’
In early December the development gets a makeover with decorations and beautiful lights to bring some festive cheer! Look out for notices closer to the festive period when we’ll be organising a community get-together in the run up to the seasonal break.
