Residents and leaseholders can access the Inox Living App to view communication, latest news and log maintenance or repair issues. Leaseholders can view their latest account details and up-to-date Service Charge statements

maintenance and repair reporting:

Requests for maintenance, issues and repairs should be logged in the Renzo Living App in the first instance. Latest status of tasks requested can be viewed in real time.

Renzo are the Managing Agent for One Se8. The Managing Agent is appointed by the Residents Management Company (RMC) and report to them monthly with details on operations, major works projects and budget considerations.
