getting around
One Se8 benefits from lots of travel options and with safe and easy access to connect from right at the entrance to the development - and with Greenwich, Blackheath and Deptford all within walking distance. Alternatively, there are great train and bus connections plus DLR short hops to get around easily.
DLR - Deptford Bridge DLR station is adjacent to the development giving easy access north towards Canary Wharf (12mins) and Bank (23mins) or south towards Lewisham (5mins).
Train - at Greenwich, Deptford stations you can connect for trains to London Bridge, or Thameslink services to Kings Cross St Pancras or Luton and beyond. Southeastern services also connect to close by stations at Maze Hill and Westcombe Park, then onwards further south into Kent.
Bus - just outside the development are several bus stops for route numbers 53, 177 and 453 - which will connect you variously to destinations in the South East or via the 453 all the way into central London with final destination at Marylebone.
River - either take a walk down to Greenwich Pier, or two quick stops on the DLR, and you’ll find the Uber Boat by Thames Clipper river service. Uber Boats run frequently down river in the direction of the O2 and Royal Arsenal at Woolwich, and are a great way to enjoy the journey up into central London and on all the way to Battersea. With food and drink available on board, and a discount available with a Transport for London travelcard, it’s a great way to experience London for leisure or work.
You can also be safe in the knowledge that when travelling back late in the evening there is almost direct access between the DLR and entry to One Se8. Deptford Bridge DLR is our very own transport ‘hub’ start and finish point.
