The Directors of the OneSe8 Residents’ Management Company (RMC) are leaseholder volunteers who donate their time to help manage the development. The board of the RMC meet monthly throughout the year with the Managing Agent and in person on a site walkround every six weeks.

Shannon works in educational management developing programs and sourcing funding for children and local authorities, particularly for children with additional needs.

She has been a resident in OneSe8 for over 11 years. She’s been on the RMC for over 5 years.

She works closely with the local community to develop projects that bring people together. She has been involved in major projects, financial planning and maintaining the well-being of our community.

As Chair of the board, she oversees the subcommittees, ensures open communication and encourages others to flourish in their leadership roles.


Mila is a social animal who loves what the surrounding areas have to offer.

She has a senior multi-disciplined role at a media content company. Her main skills lie in Client and Relationship Management, Project Management, Production, People Management and Communications.

She is part of the Community Director team and is passionate about tackling anti-social behaviour, re-igniting the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme, creating a community spirit and having a jolly down the pub with fellow leaseholders/residents.


Joanna has lived at OneSe8 for more than a decade and has a background in media with strengths in communication, organisation and investigation.

She is looking forward to providing clarity, transparency and accountability in the work of the RMC, and helping to make OneSe8 a great place to live


Sandeep has been a resident of OneSe8 since 2014 and has expertise in Leasehold Law.

Has Undergraduate and Master's degrees majoring in Mathematics and currently employed as a Director in a strategic role involving Revenue, P&L (Profit & Loss) tracking, forecasting and budget management.

Additionally performance management is a key facet - creating quantifiable metrics and expectations for continuous improvement.
Keen to represent the interests of all leaseholders by holding the management company and freeholder to account.


Euan has experience as a Value Engineer, looking at processes to identify efficiencies and cost savings and advise senior executives on the same.

Landlord and leaseholder at OneSe8 for nearly 20 years.

Working on major projects, including cladding remediation, roofs and cctv.


Jamie is a long term leaseholder and resident and keen advocate of the local area and all it has to offer.

With wide professional experience in media and publishing, leading large commercial content, events and production teams.

Amongst other managerial skills, experience in overseeing major budgets and complex project delivery to meet the divergent expectations of stakeholders.

Ambition to work together to make OneSe8 a neighbourly, safe and secure community with sound financial foundations and efficient estate management.
